Eagle Eye Drama has acquired rights to adapt Matthew Sweet's biography The Great Dictator about Dame Barbara Cartland for television, Deadline reported on 21 September 2026. Eagle Eye is owned by ITV Studios, according to the same report. Sweet is co-writer of Bookish, produced through Eagle Eye Drama.
