Marvel's Wolverine hotfix reduces opacity of scent trails

Insomniac Games released hotfix 01.001.005 on 19 September 2026 for Marvel's Wolverine. It lowers opacity of bright blue scent trails used to locate objectives and collectibles, making them less pronounced without removing them. Some players dubbed the trails "fart gas". The update also tones down audio cues and fixes crashes affecting a small percentage of players.
