NRL investigates after referee pelted at Eden Park

NRL has opened an integrity unit investigation after referee Ashley Klein was pelted with bottles, cups and rubbish leaving Eden Park. Klein needed security protection after Newcastle's 12-10 playoff win over Warriors ended the home season. ARL chairman Peter V'landys said fans found guilty will be banned for a period from NRL games.
