Sylvester Stallone says he told Donald Trump directly the Special Ambassador to Hollywood plan "won't work" and "it's impossible," Variety reported on 20 September, citing a Sunday Times interview. He said he learnt of the January 2025 appointment on television and had not explicitly signed up, Variety reported.
