Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery talks reach critical stage with Sunday settlement possible

Weekend settlement talks between Paramount Skydance and state attorneys general over the $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition reached a critical stage, Variety reported 20 September. A settlement was possible as soon as Sunday night, Variety reported. The 12-state July antitrust lawsuit is the last obstacle to closing, Variety reported.
