Earl Spencer accuses King Charles of gaslighting over memoir response

Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, accused King Charles III of gaslighting him over his memoir account of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales. Buckingham Palace said His Majesty is mindful that "the pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason, affect judgment and colour memory." Spencer told BBC's Laura Kuenssberg he is telling the truth.
