Fleming targets No 1 ranking as England Test coach

New England Test coach Stephen Fleming says his "aspiration is to be in charge of the No 1 Test team in the world". He spoke at his first press conference on 20 September. The former New Zealand captain, 111 Tests, takes over with Joe Root as captain and eyes the Ashes.
