Starship's First Orbital Test Set for Sept. 28

SpaceX is targeting September 28 for Starship Flight 14, its first to complete full orbits around Earth — earlier tests flew suborbital paths that fell back without circling. Liftoff window is 75 minutes from 8:15 a.m. Eastern, pending regulator clearance. Plan is six orbits over 10 hours at 171 miles up.
