Palace answers Earl Spencer claim that King Charles said Diana would be forgotten

Buckingham Palace said "The pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason" in answer to Charles Spencer, Earl Spencer. In Swan Song: Diana, My Sister he alleges King Charles III said "we'll forget her soon" after Diana, Princess of Wales, died in 1997.
