Harrods wants Al Fayed estate to cover abuse payouts

Harrods wants Mohamed Al Fayed's estate to fully reimburse it for settlements paid to women who say the former owner sexually abused them, the store said 19 Sept 2026. Harrods, which has accepted legal responsibility as his employer and settled with 113 women, says compensating eligible survivors comes first while it seeks repayment for past and future payouts.
