Paramount-WBD $111 billion bid goes to settlement conference on 14-15 October

Paramount and state attorneys general will attend a court-ordered two-day settlement conference, a judge-led meeting to seek agreement before trial, on 14-15 October in San Francisco over Paramount's $111 billion bid for Warner Bros Discovery, Deadline reported. The 13 July antitrust suit by 12 states is set for trial on 2 March 2027, Deadline reported.
