Shein seeks dismissal of Selena estate merch lawsuit

Shein filed a Sept. 17 motion asking a federal judge to dismiss claims by Suzette Quintanilla and Q Productions, stewards of Selena Quintanilla's estate, over alleged unlicensed T-shirts and goods bearing her face and cursive "Selena" logo, Billboard reported. A hearing on the dismissal request is set for late October.
