Wakefield beat Leigh 26-16 to reach first Super League semi-final

Wakefield Trinity beat Leigh Leopards 26-16 in the Super League play-off eliminator on 18 September to reach their first semi-final. Tries from Smoothy, Johnstone, Vagana and Faatili plus five Jowitt goals did it, a year after Leigh knocked them out, per BBC Sport. They face Leeds Rhinos or Wigan Warriors in the semi-final.
