Arsenal open to Max Dowman loan once he turns 17

Arsenal are open to sending Max Dowman on loan to aid his development, BBC Sport reported. The 16-year-old winger turns 17 on 31 December, when he becomes eligible for a temporary move. Mikel Arteta said Arsenal will evaluate every six months what is best for Dowman. He scored twice in the 4-2 Carabao Cup win at Ipswich.
