Yann LeCun's AMI Labs Raises $1.03 Billion to Build AI That Learns From Reality

AMI Labs, the startup from AI researcher Yann LeCun, has raised $1.03 billion to build world models, AI systems designed to understand the physical world by learning from reality, not language alone. LeCun confirmed the company in December 2025 after reports it was seeking a $5 billion valuation.
