Norway's King Harald rests in ship-shaped sarcophagus

King Harald V was placed Sept. 9 in a vessel-shaped sarcophagus with a rounded hull in the Royal Mausoleum at Akershus Castle in Oslo. The Royal Palace says it honors his love of sea and sailing and recalls ancient Norse ship burials, in which a boat carried the dead onward to another realm.
