Brussels leader seeks to remove Kanal director before November opening

The head of the Brussels Government seeks to remove Yves Goldstein, general director of Kanal-Centre Pompidou in Brussels, before its November opening, ARTnews reported on 18 September 2026. Goldstein told De Standaard in May he would step down but stay until a successor is appointed. Who leads the opening remains unclear.
