Carse faces Cricket Regulator inquiry after Derby police case closed

England fast bowler Brydon Carse will face a Cricket Regulator investigation after Derbyshire Police closed its inquiry into an alleged assault in Derby city centre on 23 August. Police said there will be no further action. Carse was removed from England’s squad for the second Test against Pakistan and left out of the third Test and Sri Lanka white-ball series.
