Charles Spencer, Earl Spencer, Princess Diana's brother, alleges in Swan Song: Diana, My Sister that the then Prince of Wales sounded "giddily elated - like a lottery winner" after her 1997 death and said "Rest assured, we'll forget her soon enough!" He told the BBC they were "exactly the words he said." Buckingham Palace denies the claims.
