Ritchson in talks to replace Momoa on Sony's Helldivers

Alan Ritchson is in talks to replace Jason Momoa as star of Sony Pictures' Helldivers adaptation, Deadline reported on 18 September 2026. Momoa exited before Ritchson entered discussions, Deadline reported. If the deal closes, Ritchson would play one of the helldivers, Deadline reported. In talks means no contract has yet been signed.
