Tay Keith died of accidental overdose, Nashville autopsy finds

Producer Tay Keith, 29, died of accidental drug overdose, an autopsy report obtained from Nashville's medical examiner on Sept. 17 confirmed. It listed "toxic effects of drugs" involving mitragynine compounds and ketamine toxicity. Keith, born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, was found unresponsive in his Nashville apartment on June 18. Police said foul play was not suspected.
