Palace rebuts Spencer claim that King Charles said family would forget Diana

Buckingham Palace has rebutted a claim by Charles Spencer, Earl Spencer, that King Charles III said 'Rest assured, we'll forget her soon enough.' Spencer attributes the remark, from his memoir Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, to a row days after Diana, Princess of Wales's death over funeral arrangements.
