Brennan calls lack of cycling safety reform 'disgraceful' after Tarling death

Britain's Matthew Brennan, 21, said it is "disgraceful that nothing has changed" to make cycling safer since Fin Tarling's death. Tarling, 19, died on 14 August after a van strayed onto a closed road at the Volta a Portugal. Brennan, a five-stage winner at the Vuelta a Espana for Visma-Lease a Bike, spoke after Tarling's funeral in Aberystwyth.
