Universal denies plan to drop Musk documentary

Universal has no plans to ditch Alex Gibney's Musk, a spokesperson told Deadline on 18 September. Deadline said the denial followed a Hollywood Reporter claim the studio was getting cold feet over its international release. Variety, citing sources, also reported on 18 September that Universal is moving forward as planned with the international release.
