Hampshire relegated from Division One after Leicestershire loss

Hampshire were relegated to Division Two of the County Championship after a five-wicket loss to Leicestershire at Uptonsteel Grace Road in Leicester on 18 September. Chasing 334, Leicestershire reached 335-5. Scorecard figures were 214 and 363 against 244 and 335-5. It is Hampshire's first relegation since promotion in 2014.
