Earl Spencer claims then-Prince Charles said Diana would be forgotten "soon enough"

Charles, 9th Earl Spencer, claims in Swan Song: Diana, My Sister that his former brother-in-law, then-Prince Charles, told him after Princess Diana's death she would be forgotten "soon enough". Spencer, Diana's brother, makes the claim ahead of UK publication. Diana, 36, was killed in a car crash in Paris in 1997.
