Trump says Kennedy Center will close and be ripped down without recognition

President Donald Trump said the Kennedy Center in Washington will close immediately and "will end up being ripped down" unless his administration gets "recognition." He spoke after a Sept. 15 board vote to shutter the center and a judge's ruling that only Congress can rename it.
