Green Lantern refused for Stuart crossover over HBO's Lanterns

Producers of HBO Max's Stuart Fails to Save the Universe were refused permission to centre its DC crossover on Green Lantern because of HBO's live-action Lanterns, creator Zak Penn told Deadline. The team used Golden Age Flash instead, he said. Penn made the comedy with Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady; Kevin Sussman stars as Stuart.
