Oil down 1% to just over $100 as supply fears fade
Oil futures (contracts to buy oil later) closed about 1% lower on Sept. 17 at just above $100 a barrel, Reuters reported. That extends a fall from four-month highs, as fears of Middle East supply disruption eased, the WSJ reported. At over $100, fuel and transport bills stay high for households.
