Los Angeles Driver Faces Murder Charges in Fatal DUI Bus Crash
Bailee Lynn Rios, 36, faces two counts of second-degree murder — a killing prosecutors say showed extreme recklessness — in the deaths of Daniel Castillo, 46, and Gage Weida, 31. Prosecutors allege she drove impaired, sped on the wrong side, ran a red light, then her SUV hit a Los Angeles Metro bus. She is held on $4.1 million bail.
