Flexible pension age pitched to cut $98bn cost
Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand has proposed a flexible NZ Super, RNZ reported. People could take the pension at 65 at 95 percent of the current rate, or wait until 70 for 107.5 percent. The group says if 40 percent waited until 70, it would save $98 billion over 20 years.
