Fox Corp chief executive Lachlan Murdoch earned $31 million in fiscal 2026, down from $33 million in fiscal 2025. Fox disclosed the figure in an SEC filing reported by Deadline on 17 September 2026. The filing puts base salary at $3 million. The virtual annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for 4 November at 10 a.m. ET.
