Tusk: Intelligence Points to Russian 'Accidental' Strikes on Ukraine's Allies

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk told parliament Sept. 17 that intelligence assessments point to planned Russian hybrid — combined military and covert — drone and missile strikes on Ukraine's supporters, including Poland. Tusk said Moscow would claim they were accidental to weaken NATO, the Western military alliance, and its willingness to act if a member is attacked.
