99 Nights in the Forest to be 20th Century Studios' first video game feature

20th Century Studios has picked up theatrical rights to 99 Nights in the Forest for its first feature adaptation of a video game. Josh Cooley will write the live-action film. The Roblox action-survival game, developed by Grandma's Favourite Games and introduced in 2025, tasks players with surviving 99 nights while rescuing four children.
