Tay Keith cause of death ruled accidental overdose

Rolling Stone reported on 17 September that Grammy-nominated producer Tay Keith, 29, died from an accidental overdose, citing a source at the Nashville medical examiner's office. The cause was listed as combined mitragynine, 7-Hydroxymitragynine, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and ketamine toxicity. Keith was found dead in his Nashville apartment on 18 June.
