Thomas Tuchel is considering recalling Cole Palmer to England's Nations League squad, due Friday morning. Palmer missed the World Cup after struggling for form and fitness. He has four goals and two assists for Chelsea this season, according to The Guardian. Tuchel previously said Palmer had “failed to prove it on a consistent level”.
