Kaepernick says mother urged him to ask out Taylor Swift

Colin Kaepernick writes in The Perilous Fight that his mother Teresa urged him to ask out Taylor Swift because they would be perfect together. Billboard reported the passage on Sept. 17. Kaepernick says it happened while he was in the NFL, before Travis Kelce made his move, and writes Swift was not his type. It came out on Sept. 15.
