Marius Borg Høiby appeal trial set for Feb. 9, 2027

Marius Borg Høiby, son of Norway's Crown Princess Mette-Marit, will return to court Feb. 9, 2027. The Borgarting Court of Appeal will hear his appeal over four weeks. In June he was sentenced to four years in prison on 34 charges, including two rapes. He is now under house arrest at Skaugum, with detention extended to Oct. 5.
