Fences opens Leeds Playhouse Autumn 2026 in first major UK revival in over a decade

August Wilson's 1987 Pulitzer Prize-winning Fences returns in what WhatsOnStage billed as the first major UK revival in more than a decade. Leeds Playhouse named it the first show in its Autumn 2026 season and opener for its 2026 and 2027 programme. The play is set in the 1950s.
