Klopp calls on Germany to reclaim flag from 'the wrong people'

Jürgen Klopp used his first Germany announcement in Frankfurt on 17 September to call for "positive patriotism". "I don't want to entrust national pride to the wrong people," he said, according to The Guardian. He did not name the AfD, which won almost 44% in Saxony-Anhalt on 6 September, but said he wanted to reclaim the flag for the team.
