Clearlake takes full control of Chelsea

Clearlake Capital has taken full control of Chelsea. It bought out co-owners Todd Boehly, Mark Walter and Hansjorg Wyss, BBC Sport reported on 16 September. Each held 12.8%. Clearlake owned 61.5%. The deal ends four years of shared power at Stamford Bridge.
