Offset launches NEED FM hotline at 470-742-6949

Offset opened the late-night NEED FM hotline on Sept. 15, Billboard reported. Fans can call 470-742-6949 and leave a message. Offset said he will return calls with a voice note offering life advice on relationships to getting money up. His one rule: do not call “with all that cap.”
