JR covers Vatican Apostolic Library facade with 70-metre wave

French artist JR has covered the Vatican Apostolic Library in Vatican City with DILUVIUM, a black-and-white wave spanning nearly 70 metres across the facade, Artsy reported. Vatican News said the work on the 16th-century building expresses the fragility of knowledge and memory and opens the library's water-themed exhibition.
