Mahershala Ali and Bassam Tariq brought Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother to TIFF after their Marvel Blade collapsed, Variety reported. Ali plays a devout Muslim hit man on the run with three children after his wife's death, Variety reported. Tariq left Blade in 2022 amid delays; Ali confirmed in July it was dead, Variety reported.
