Trump ties $257 million Kennedy Center repairs to adding his name

President Donald Trump said safety repairs at the Kennedy Center in Washington would only proceed if the board can add his name to the building. Congress allocated $257 million for the repairs. A federal judge has twice ruled against adding the name without approval from Congress.
