Judge sends StubHub class action to private arbitration

U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff ordered Louis Sanquini's proposed class action against StubHub and CEO Eric Baker into private arbitration on 14 September. He stayed proceedings in the Southern District of New York pending arbitration. He has not ruled on the substance of the claims, with a written opinion to follow.
