Duchess of Edinburgh starts Zambia visit without luggage

The Duchess of Edinburgh began her 14-18 September visit to Zambia without her luggage after it was delayed in transit. She told guests at Community House in Lusaka she was meeting them in her "aeroplane clothes". The Court Circular recorded she departed Heathrow on the evening of 13 September. The visit celebrates UK-Zambia relations.
