Rublev's Trinity icon removed for examination after climate case fails

Andrei Rublev's early-15th-century Trinity is in restoration workshops for checks, the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow said, after its capsule — a sealed case holding climate steady — failed at the Trinity-St Sergius Lavra monastery near Moscow.
