Webb admits VAR wrongly allowed Haaland derby winner

Manchester City's 1-0 derby win at Manchester United came from a goal ruled wrong. Howard Webb, chief of refereeing body Pro Ref, admitted VAR, football's video-review system, awarded Erling Haaland's hour-mark goal after checking only Haaland. It missed Enzo Fernandez in an offside position, beyond the defence and interfering. City had 10 men after Phil Foden's 23rd-minute red card.
