Saudi Arabia Intercepts Houthi Drone Near Mecca

Saudi air defences shot down a Houthi drone south of Mecca on Sept. 15, Riyadh said, before it reached restricted airspace around the holy city. No injuries or damage in the city were reported. Authorities raised security alerts in Mecca and elsewhere amid more cross-border attacks this September.
